2 / How does the shisha delivery system works?

Simply place your order with one of the routes mentioned above, select your date and time slot and a member of our team will contact you for confirmation. We will deliver to your door the shisha of your choice with everything you will need. This includes the shisha ready with the selected bowl and flavours, hose, charcoals, heat management, charcoal burner, clamp and tips. Our experts will guide you through the process, so just sit back and enjoy!

3 / How do I return the shisha?

The shisha along with all the accessories is collected on the next day at an agreed time.

4 / Is the shisha cleaned after use?

We follow very strict hygienic rules that includes thorough cleaning and disinfection of the shisha after each use. For the ones who want, we also offer disposable shisha hoses. Just add this accessory in your cart upon ordering!

5 / What happens if I damage the shisha?

Accidents can happen! Depending on the damage, a deposit of maximum of 20 euros will be charged.

6 / What payment methods do you accept?

At the moment we accept cash on delivery or quick bank transfers to Revolut, Bank of Cyprus, Hellenic Bank and Ancoria Bank.

7 / Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately we do not accept returns or refunds for a flavour. If you are not sure which flavour or type to choose contact us and we will be more than happy to assist you for selecting the most suitable combination.
